Arthya publishes arthya.co.in. This draft describes the early-access form and the Google tag on the public pages. It is written with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind. It does not say that every duty in that Act is already in place.

What the early-access form collects

If you send the early-access form, Arthya receives:

• your name
• your email address
• a referral code, when one is present

The referral code is the hidden ref field. A ?ref= link can store a code in this browser, and the form script copies that code into the field. The share note on the form says the link only opens Arthya. It does not hold a place or a reward.

The form does not ask for a card number.

Why it is collected

The name and email are used to tell you when early access opens. The referral code is used to see which share link you used. Arthya does not sell the name, email, or referral code from the form.

Consent

The line under the form says that sending it means Arthya may store your name, email, and referral code, and it links to this page. Sending the form is the consent for that use. You can choose not to send it.

Google Analytics

Public pages load Google tag G-9KD7MRP2G0. Google Analytics records usage such as pages viewed, and device and approximate location data that the tag collects. Arthya uses that to see which pages are used. Google may process this outside India. The tag is separate from the early-access form.

Who else handles it

Netlify hosts the site and stores early-access submissions. Google provides the analytics tag.

Withdrawal and deletion

Email ramesh@arthya.co.in from the address you used and ask to withdraw consent or to delete the form details. Arthya will stop using those details and delete them from the form store it controls. Copies already sent to Google follow Google’s retention.

Grievance contact and requests

The grievance contact is ramesh@arthya.co.in. Write to that address to ask for access, correction, erasure, to nominate someone, or to raise a grievance about the form details or this notice. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives a person routes of that kind. Counsel still needs to confirm how Arthya should handle each request.

Children

The site is not aimed at children.
