These terms are about using arthya.co.in. They are written to be read with the laws of India. Counsel still needs to confirm that, including which courts would hear a dispute.

What the site is

Arthya publishes general information about credit card benefits, plus a checklist and a blog. Arthya is not a bank, a card issuer, or an advisor. Nothing on the site is financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to get, keep, or use a card.

Early access

The early-access form is a request to be emailed when early access opens. Sending it does not reserve a place, a product, or a reward. The share link only lets someone open Arthya. What the form stores is described in the privacy notice.

Offers and benefits

Benefit notes and any card-network offers the site shows can be incomplete or out of date. Read the disclaimer and check the issuer before you rely on them.

Using the site

You may read the pages for your own use. Do not misuse the site, do not try to break it, and do not send someone else’s name or email in the form unless you have a proper basis to do that.
